             abstract = "The importance of a solid digital base structure is essential for 
                         the success of any Geographical Information System. Source of 
                         materials used in the acquisition of digital data are invariably 
                         different in scales and cartographic projections or they are 
                         acquired in different years or periods. These several groups of 
                         data should be transformed into an equal system of geographical 
                         coordinates, such as latitude and longitude, or coordinated UTM. 
                         If possible, these given data should also be adjusted at the same 
                         generalization level and for the same period of time. Once a 
                         format geographical pattern is reached, the data should be 
                         transformed into digital {"}cartographic objects{"}, such as 
                         points, lines and polygon limits. The transformation should be 
                         made to preserve the topologic relationships, as adjacency and 
                         connective. The present work aims at perfecting the digital base 
                         and the net water distribution of the area studied system Parque 
                         Atheneu Jardim Mariliza , in city de Goi{\^a}nia. It also aims at 
                         developing updated processes and maintaining increasing level of 
                         data reliability, allowing, such as this case, the use of all 
                         available information for the export of a platform of geographical 
                         information system, seeking maximum efficiency in the 
                         administration of Water Supply System in Goi{\^a}nia.",
